At Home Exercise: Strict Handstand Push-Up

This is a more advanced push-up variation popularized by The Great Nicholas Cage in Con-Air.

To perform kick into a handstand, with your hands in a tripod position, NOT in line with the head. Lower yourself until your head touches the ground then press back up. Keep the abs squeezed tight and ribs pulled down throughout.
