If you’ve never followed a program before but have some experience with the Olympic lifts, you’ll be surprised by just how much strength you’re leaving on the table.
Before I followed a program I was pretty strong. I could clean 120kg/265lbs, which isn’t light… But after I got on a program my clean shot up to 150kg/330lbs!
And not just my clean either, my squat went from 365lbs to 456lbs and my front squat went from 295lbs to 440lbs!!

The only equipment absolutely required s a barbell, bumper plates, and squat rack. Dumbbells and a bench are not required but good to have.

Workouts are written to last 60-75 mins. This can take longer if you are dilly-dallying between sets.
