Seated Dumbbell Arnold Press
Set up with your palms facing you, then rotate out as you press. keep wrists over elbows, avoid shrugging shoulders up. on the way down focus on the lats, then as you press, the upper pecs, delts, and triceps. Avoid overextending the lower back.
The Arnold Press is one of my all time favorite pressing exercises. Want to get a great shoulder superset in, try 4 sets increasing weight, decreasing reps from 12-10-8-6, and superset with Dumbbell Bent Over Rows.
